On Sunday evenings our Performance Squad swimmers benefit from a joint training session with Hatfield Swimming Club (from Herfordshire) and City of Milton Keynes Swimming Club (from Buckinghamshire). This is held at Inspire: Luton Sports Village with the pool set up in a 50m format.

The session enables Team Luton swimmers to swim with people of a similar ability from other clubs and to benefit from coaching from different coaches.
