What / when was your most notable achievement (to date) as a Masters / Senior swimmer?
5th at English Nationals in 50m Backstroke and Qualifying for European Champs in Budapest 2020.
What / when was your most memorable / enjoyable Masters / Senior swimming experience?
English Nationals when Malcolm’s swim shorts tore at the seam!!
Who / what gets you (out of bed) to go training (at the end of a working day)?
People ask me that all the time! Answer: I honestly don’t know? Something inside, it’s like a natural thing to do😊

The End! – The structure behind the sets.
What prompted you to return to competing / training?
I owe my return to Michelle Neal, we competed together in our youth and she convinced me to come along and try it out! True to form the bug got me!!
What interests do you have outside of Team Luton Masters?
I have 3 daughters who also swim! My life is a busy one, with a full time job, my training schedule, my 3 daughters swim schedule and 2 gorgeous Boxer dogs! Oh and not forgetting my husband…..
