Team Luton relies on volunteers to make sure the club runs efficiently and safely, in accordance with the Club Mark and Swim21 standards set by the ASA.  Do you have an hour or two a week to spare to help out with various tasks needed to keep the club running?  Perhaps you are bored with sitting in the specators' area but not sure who to approach about helping out?

Team Luton would love to hear from you if you feel you can help the club.  Current roles and tasks the club would welcome some help with are::

• Health and safety :  Ideally someone who has experience of reviewing and writing risk assessments and understands the concept of an effective safety culture.  
• Public relations :   We are particularly looking for people who can assist with writing reports on club successes for local papers.
